The Viognier for the DIONYSTIC ‘Peach Skin’ brand comes from the Deux Vert Vineyard and is a great choice when making an orange wine. Deux Vert is known to be the first location in Willamette Valley to plant the Viognier and Syrah grapes.
Orange wines have been produced for centuries and are now being reintroduced. The vineyard soils are predominantly Loess from the Tualatin Hills AVA, with some coming from the rare sandstone soils of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. All DIONYSTIC wines are native fermented and are bottled unfined (vegan) and unfiltered.Varietal: 100% Viognier
White 2: Maison de Madeleine Sancerre
This wine is produced from a selection of Sauvignon vineyards that are at least 40 years old. These vines thrive on a limestone terroir referred to as “Les Caillottes”. Limestone, the iconic feature of the Sancerre appellation, brings minerality to the wine. The vines age creates richness and density on the palate. The unique blend of these two characteristics unveils a complete and elegant wine, full of character.Varietal Composition: Sauvignon Blanc
Red 1: Torres Secret del Priorat
The wine has a dark cherry red color that looks beautiful. Its scent is intense and exciting, with fruity notes that remind you of wild blackberries and ripe undertones such as dates and dried figs. It tastes light and silky on the palate, with very fine tannins that give it a supple backbone.
Red 2: Zaha Malbec
ZaHa means “Heart” in Mendoza’s native Huarpe language. The 90% Malbec fruit is co-fermented with small amounts of 8% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot for additional complexity and concentration.
Red 3: 2020 Vital Cabernet Sauvignon

The tiny production 2019 Châteauneuf Du Pape Les Secrets De Pignan (100% Grenache) comes from one of the top terroirs in the appellation and was brought up all in tank. Awesome kirsch liqueur and wild strawberry fruits as well as roasted herbs, nori, licorice, and baking spice notes just about jump from the glass of this beauty, and it’s full-bodied, with a deep, layered, unctuous texture, sweet tannins, and a monster of a finish. This tour de force in Grenache is going to shine for two decades or more.
