White 1: 2024 August Forest Viognier
Sourced from Carousel Vineyard in Yakima Valley they crafted the production plan for their Viognier by tasting examples of the varietal they both love and admire. Aged the Viognier in four barrels of neutral french oak and one barrel of stainless steel. Once a week for 10 weeks they stirred the lees in the french oak barrels to add texture and mouthful to the wine to help balance the crisp acidity. White flowers and white peach on the note and palate leading into mango, yellow starburst and pineapple with a long lasting mineral finish.
White 2: Txomin Etxaniz Txakoli Rose
Hailing from the Basque region of Spain.  Deep electric pink. Aromas of grapefruit, white flowers, sour cherry, and watermelon jump from the glass. On the palate, the wine is fresh and minerally, with rich balance and a bright frizzante character.

Red 1: Seppeltsfield Clare Valley Cabernet
With a core of black and red fruit topped with savory, peppery spice, bay leaf and iodine, this is a full-figured, yet well-balanced Cab that’s laced with savory, dusty tannins. Succulent red berries and spice remain at the fore throughout.

Red 2: 2021 Michel Rolland Mariflor Cabernet Franc
One of the last born of the Mariflor range. Beautiful, fairly deep colour with purple highlights. Characterised by aromatic finesse, fresh red fruit aromas and floral nuances. The same can be said for the palate: the perfect combination of finesse and elegance, balance, harmony and mouthfilling texture, with a wonderful freshness. Cabernet Franc has a great future in Argentina. While already delicious now, it is worth ageing another five to ten years, if not longer.

Red 3: 2017 Powers RESERVE Ravenscliff Vineyard Cabernet
On the nose, distinct aromas of fresh fig, with layered fruit notes of plum and black currant. On the palate, distinct flavors of eucalyptus, plum, fig and sweet cigar. Firm, lush tannins create balance to this Cabernet, along with bright acidity that will allow for an age-worthy wine
Premium: 2017 PRA Morandina Amarone
The wine has a ruby red color. The aromas are intense and complex. On the palate cherries, plums mixed with stewed black cherry, cocoa, cedar and licorice. Full bodied, velvety, packed with flavor, spice, and a core of dense black and red fruits balanced with fine tannins and freshness (thanks to the altitude of vineyard and the high chalk composition in the marl soil). Power combined with elegance, as suggested by the horse breed T.P.R on the label. Decant for 1-2 hours and pair with a hearty meal or cellar for 10-20 years.35% Corvina, 35% Corvinone, 23% Rondinella, 7% Oseleta
