Nectar Wine and Beer has announced an expansion to the Perry District with its popular business model. The second location will be at 907 S. Perry on the first floor of the new two story construction. HDG Architecture is doing the design and JNW Builders will begin construction in early 2017 with an estimated completion date of Spring 2017. Owner Josh Wade opened Nectar Tasting Room in 2011 and Nectar Wine and Beer in Kendall Yards in 2015. “The new location will be an identical business model as our current location offering 16 craft beer on tap, 32 quality wine by the glass choices as well as a retail selection of hundreds of regional beer and wine from around the world,” says Josh. Nectar Wine and Beer has built a reputation of having a quality selection of wine, beer on tap and hard to get bottle and can selections. “We are excited to join the exceptional businesses in the Perry District,” says Wade, “This is a neighborhood that we all enjoy and we can’t wait to add to the excitement.”
