White 1: Unico Zelo Alluvium

100% Fiano

Due to the Adelaide Hills cooler climate, Alluvium shows absolutely pristine citrus qualities, brimming with grapefruit and lime zest but the real hallmark of this wine is it’s lean, clean and mean mineral structure. It’s like licking ceviche off a wet rock – if you’re into that kind of thing…

White 2: Can Sunoi Xarel Lo

100% pure Xarel·lo. Natural Mediterranean wine.

The variety that best represents the Penedés, which shows us best our terroir, a shy variety with many aromatic nuances that surprise over time. Vinified without intervention, without aging, gives us the most sincere expression of the variety. Notes of aromatic Mediterranean plants, anise flavor, fruit and white flowers; In the mouth it is structured, glyceric, fresh and with a bitter characteristic touch.

Red 1: Alain Voge Cotes-du-Rhone

This wine presents super bright red fruit flavors with abundant raspberry coulis and a touch of herbs de Provence spice. It is light and fine on the palate, with soft, powdery tannins. The well-balanced profile, achieved through dynamic fermentations with natural yeasts, showcases ripe tannins, a full body, and spicy notes. The concentrated and earthy palate is complemented by hints of spice and minerals, offering a lovely tension between acidity and tannins. With medium-plus body and a satisfying finish, this wine is fruity yet complex.

AGO Carbonic Primitivo conjures up Klickitat Trail sun-ripened blackberries: juicy, fresh, delicious and filled with joy. A nod to our warm mesoclimate in the Gorge, this red is meant to be chilled down, popped open and enjoyed in those sweet days of summer.

Premium: Gaja Sito Moresco

A beautiful violet color atypical of Nebbiolo but reflective of the 2021 vintage where fullness and richness are even present to the eye. The wine has bold notes of blackberry, cherry, blood orange, and bergamot with a touch of flintiness. Medium-structured with lots of juiciness and harmony on the palate all lead to well-balanced acidity and tannin structure with a long finish.
